wonderful stay
great location friendly staff helpful staff
The hotel location was amazing, with the beach so close! bus plana picked up right at the end of the road, convenient. the staff members were also very helpful. They met all our needs. i will return.
the music from the restaurant was quite loud. it made it hard to sleep in the evening. i wish there was a quieter environment in the rooms.

spacious area good restaurant
the reception area is spacious i found it a lovely spot to sit and have a quiet drink. the pool was very clean and inviting and i appreciated the proximity to shops. it was a short walk to the beach and several good restaurants were nearby.

the hotel staff maintained cleanliness throughout the premises each day and were helpful when required i was really happy with their customer service. the rooms were cleaned daily providing fresh towels and a tidy space.

the hotel enjoys a wonderful location and the beach is a short five minute walk i found this convenient. the boulevard with its palm trees is also close offering a beautiful place for an evening stroll and the local shops are easily accessible.

a decent stay
spacious reception clean pool poor food unfriendly staff
the reception area was spacious. i enjoyed relaxing there with a drink (i found the cocktails well-prepared). the pool was clean. it was a plus that the hotel is so close to the beach.
the food quality was disappointing. on several occasions, certain items seemed off, especially the beans. i noticed juice was sometimes spoiled. i also found that staff weren't consistently friendly.

repetitive selection staff language barrier
The location proved convenient. The beach was nearby.
I found the food quality to be a real letdown. the selection seemed repetitive, and certain items tasted off, almost spoiled. this was a real surprise, considering how much better the food had been during past stays. also, the lack of english-speaking staff created difficulties when trying to understand the entertainment schedule. It felt isolating.

The location was good. It was a short walk to the main areas. i also found the room to be sufficiently clean (i always appreciate that).
i found a lack of variety at dinner (it got repetitive). the water cost extra with full board (it seemed a bit much).

comfortable bed big shampoo
The rooms had a kettle and coffee cups, I found this especially convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. The towels were also changed daily. I thought it was a nice touch that big bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion were provided.
The entertainment seemed heavily focused on Spanish speakers. So it was hard to follow.
